Smash Robotics provides software and operational services to support deployment and operation of general-purpose robots in business environments.
Service features may evolve over time, including updates, improvements, or discontinuation of specific functionality.
You must have authority to bind the organisation you represent and keep account credentials secure.
You are responsible for actions taken under your account and for maintaining appropriate access controls.
You are responsible for lawful and safe use of services and robots in your facilities.
You must ensure personnel are appropriately trained and that local workplace, health and safety, and data laws are followed.

Paid services are billed under your order form or subscription terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of applicable taxes.
Our privacy practices are described in the Smash Robotics Privacy Policy.
You may submit deletion requests through /data-deletion. Requests are logged, flagged for manual handling, and reviewed in line with legal and contractual obligations.
Smash Robotics and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services and related materials.
No rights are granted except as expressly provided in writing.
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, incidents, or third-party dependencies.
We may suspend or terminate access for security risks, non-payment, legal reasons, or material breach of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smash Robotics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed fees paid to Smash Robotics in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Where UK mandatory law applies, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be legally excluded.
For UK business users, these Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable UK contract and data protection law.
These Terms are governed by the law stated in your commercial agreement. If none is specified, the law of England and Wales applies, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
